What type of packages does Himachal Weekend offer me?

We deal with all sorts of packages like Domestic, international, Honeymoon, GITs, MICEs, Adventure, Pilgrims, Customized tour Packages, ready mate packages etc.

Can I take just a section (Hotel/Transport/flights) of the package?

Yes, you may choose just a section of the package but we ll suggest you to take whole package as its money and time saving.

Can Himachal Weekend modify the package according to my needs?

Yes, the needful customization can be made according to your requirements. All you need to do is consult our executives for that.

Are there any hidden costs in HW Packages?

We believe in transparency, and hence do not keep any hidden charges. We mention everything very clearly in our packages with inclusions /exclusions details and for any clarification you may contact us 24/7.

How can I connect with Himachal Weekend for inquiries/customization in the package??

You can either fill up our Holiday Query Form or contact us on displayed numbers of our company for inquiries.  In case of customization you can contact our concerned executive directly via mail or telecom.

Does Himachal Weekend offer any special packages or discounts especially during festivals / weekends etc??

Yes, we design fixed departures for special occasions and offer discounts too but for limited time only.

I am getting more competitive prices than HW?? How can HW beat it??

We always beat our competitors either by costing or by services. The main difference in the costing arises due to various factors like: Inclusions, itinerary, hotel category, hidden costs etc.

To beat the rates you may forward us the package received from other company, we ll compare everything and definitely provide our best rates for it. In addition to that if you are service conscious person the cost factor must not affect you. We offer 100% service and security guarantee as our company is registered under tourism authority.

How many days prior to my trip shall I book the package? 

For holiday packages and custom-made tours, we strongly recommend you to book it at least 1Month prior to the travel date. For larger groups we would request you to book the package 1-2months prior to your trip. This enables us to provide the best of our services. We also accept instant booking but they are subject to availability.

How can I pay for my booking amount? 

As per Customers Convenience, They May choose any of the following options:

Cash in Bank or in our Offices, NEFT, Cheque, Online Transaction from our Website (www.indialonelyplanet.com) through credit Card/Debit Card/ Master Card/NEFT without adding & EMI option is also available in our Company.

Minimum, how much advance I need to pay to confirm the Package??

As a minimum token amount we can accept your booking at 25 % of the total package cost. However, to complete the sufficient advance payment you must clear 50 % of the total billing 7 days prior to your journey.

I have done the payment, now when can I expect by my travel vouchers? 

HW Executive takes 1 hr-24hrs to do the needful arrangements and issue the Booking Voucher.

What does my travel voucher includes?

Our Booking Voucher is all in one document which consists of invoice Number, confirmed accommodation details, transport details, service contact numbers, etc.

What Documents shall I carry during my trip???

Documents like booking Voucher/ confirmation Letter, & ID Proof must be carried by the customers during their trip.

How and where can I make by remaining amount of tour? 

We can collect the remaining amount anytime during your tour. Usually we prefer cash mode of payment for remaining amount clearance. However in few exceptional cases we can accept it by Debit Card/Credit Card/NEFt for which 3.5 % charges will be levied extra.

What if one of my scheduled activities is cancelled due to weather conditions? 

In the event that a scheduled activity during your stay is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer alternatives (if possible) at no additional costs or may reschedule your itinerary.

Can I change my tour plans even after confirming the package?? If yes, are there any conditions/restrictions on it?

Yes, we accept amendments after confirmation too. The terms & conditions for the same are mentioned below:

  • Amendments need to be made 7 days prior to the journey as after that we will not be in situation to accept them
  • In case the travel dates are changed once, we will not charge anything but after that, postpone changes will be levied.
  • Any extra cost arising due to these amendments will be beared by you only.
  • The required amendments can only be done after considering various conditions like: availability, travel dates, cost etc.

I want to cancel my trip, How can I do it?? Do I need to pay any cancellation charges??

To cancel your trip just send a cancellation mail or have a telecom with your concerned sales executive with whom you have confirmed the package earlier. As a cancellation charge the advance amount will be non-refundable. However if we feel like your case is genuine and you have informed us at least 7 days prior to travel ,  we will refund the amount after deduction of service charges.

Will I get refund if I don’t use any of my booked services during the tour??

Unfortunately No. In case you have not utilized any of your pre-booked services like Transport, Meals, Stay etc we shall not be responsible for it. No refunds are made for un-availed services.
